filters, I downloaded @dayoneapp
to try to get in the habit of journaling. Me, who has two half-empty notebooks in front of me, a binder at home, and an unopened one in my bag. .
But one of the tips I saw online was to set an alarm 4x a day, and write whatever you're doing at that moment in time. (In my case, I wanted to include pictures, just to get myself in the habit of taking a photo every day too.) Before long, you'll have snapshots of life to look back on. .
That was (weirdly) enough for me, and I decided to go for it. I also have a couple templates, one to set my goals in the morning, and one to look back on the day at night. Fingers crossed journaling sticks!
