who always puts in 100% into her training but has got great results recently due to finding the rite balance with exercise,work & nutrition
Start of Dec - now -4kg -2 inch hips -1 inch arms -2.5% body fat
Not been able to get under 9 stone for a while but now down at 8.5 stone Is a great achievement.
That's with Xmas and NYE in there.
Merie has entered a program called precision nutrition which i coach her through. It helps her work on daily food habits, providing knowledge and understanding to guide her in the rite direction.
She also does a hell of a lot of exercise including #ankorr #ironZUU #ZUU
and shit loads of spin classes every week. She also works on her flexibility a lot and does some resistance training... oh yeah and PT with me 😉
