I challenge you to do something completely from what you have done before (i.e. Wake up consistently at 6am to read/study. Exercise early. Call 5 people to present your services or product by 9am). What will you commit in doing for the next 30 days?
I commit to a video every day between 6-6:30am.

If you haven't, it's about the lazy asses we all own.😃⠀
We dream about things doing or already being done something, but we never feel like doing them.⠀
Some other day.⠀
A little bit later.⠀
In the afternoon...🙄⠀
The sad thing is, that we shall never feel like doing it. ⠀
The only thing we have to do, is stand up and start walking towards something we thought about doing.⠀
It's really that simple. ⠀
It will always be uncomfortable in the process of starting.⠀
But somewhere along the way it will start getting interesting and fun and enjoyable. ⠀
Even if a small thing pops into your mind, just do it now.⠀
Because if you brain has lifted that to the surface, it is important to be done now and be forgotten. ⠀
Because you will definitely forget it afterwards if you don't do it now. And it will require additional sources for you to remember it, to write it not to forget it and finally do it.⠀
So if you think about something you should be doing, just get up and start going.⠀
Bit by bit you will find yourself in the flow of new things that you dreamed about doing.⠀
Because that's how you create the flow. ⠀
So listen to the messages the brain brings you to the surface and get your butt of the couch ⠀
Reality is wrong.
Dreams are for real.
