On Saturday we laid to rest the body of Hon.Judge Upendo Msuya. To me she was a mother, mentor and counselor. She stood by me thru my difficult time and gave me sound advise.
Our country has lost a warrior, a fighter and a true advocate for JUSTICE. This lady was the true example of someone with integrity because of the fear of The Lord in her.
Mama Msuya was a mother to many children because of the tones of love she had to give. Her heart and house were open to all. As people were paying their last respects i could not hold back tears 😭 as memories of our conversations and phone calls started flipping thru my mind. I remembered all the Tanzanian functions in Botswana and how we were all a family.
I know she is now resting in the heavenly place, she is rejoicing for she has fought a good fight of faith and she has finished her race victoriously and its no wonder for such a humble lady as her, God gave her such a prestigious farewell.
Its been hard for me to even write this note because i was still in disbelief even after burial. Today, i say Rest in Peace Mama yetu.
