I used to be the girl that said... "I like to eat my calories!" The idea of drinking a shake for breakfast was out of the question!!!
Then I met Shakeology and frankly I was desperate, so I would try anything! I started to educate myself on our food supply... google it, its frightening! The idea of "I'll eat like my grandmother ate," doesn't really apply when our food is no where near the same... neither is our soil or water... but I digress!
All of the research I've done... the meal that most people struggle to get in is breakfast! We're too busy in the morning. But, the morning is the time we set ourselves up for success! How do you feel all day after starting the day with a donut or a bagel... probably craving everything else sugary!
