Most of the times i give out nutritional plans i stick to portion size for clients. In saying I will work out what their calorie intake should be for his or her goals.
Here is a quick guide on how to calculate calories. Now its not 100% but it os a good place to start at then change according to you progress📊
Bodyweight in kg multiple 2.2 then multiple by the following number that's related to your goals
X 8-10 = A sort mini cut 1-3 week
X 10-12 =A sustainable calorie deficit steady fatloss
X 12-14 = Maintenance calories maintain weight
X 14-16 = Surplus of calories added weight/muscle gain. As always track the scales, track your progress photos 📸 and track measurements💪💪

When I spoke at my #corporatewellness
event yesterday, I challenged them to two things:
1️⃣. Slow down and appreciate your meal that you prepared, was prepared for you or that you worked hard to provide. .
2️⃣. Chew your food 20-25x’s, unless it’s a #Smoothiebowl
, as that gets gross. 🤢
Moral of the story, find joy and in your food and appreciation for what it’s meant to provide for you - an experience towards better health (or worse, you choose!). 🤗
