This whole week I didn't want to workout. I slacked. I didn't care. Life got me down.
I went back south to my hometown last night. Didn't care what I ate 🍪 or drank🍹
Drove back north to my own place tonight and life was still getting me down. I already had in my mind that I was just going to sit on the couch and binge Netflix all night.
I was beginning to become mad at myself and was getting irritated about little tiny things.
It was then I jumped up and told myself I'm going to go run off steam.🏃🏼♀️
It was then when I told myself I'm not helping myself emotionally, physically or mentally my sitting here.
I went to the track and ran a little. Came back home and did a 40 min. cardio/ab workout. It sure had me sweating and out of breath, but I can tell you I'm seriously SO HAPPY that I got myself off the couch and got my body moving.
It's seriously ALL a mind game. .
Push yourself because no one is going to do it for you. Believe in yourself and all will be fabulous.🌟✨
