I'm so happy I found 16 inch circulars. I've been waiting for awhile to find the best deal. Awhile back I would check #Michaels
and they were always sold out. I took a chance having a 50% coupon and to my surprise both needle sizes I needed to make hats were right there! Thank you God🙌❤️ Patience is a virtue. Gotta enjoy all the free patterns in the aisles too! 😂
“But the one who does not know and does things deserving punishment will be beaten with few blows. From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked.”

We would like to thank @nicoleyoungart
for her support and donations to the @rebelwithacausebc
fall 2017 launch party and art auction! 🖤
"I would like to submit two items to the auction. The first item will be an 18" x 24" original abstract painting on paper, framed. This painting will be part of my current project to create art every day for one year. It will be an exploration of movement, colour, mark making and layers. My work is focused on the process of painting itself.
The second will be a one on one creation session with me exploring art as spiritual practice. It will begin with a short guided meditation, followed by an art creation practice including automatic drawing and exploration of mixed medias. The goal of this practice is to help the participant connect with themselves through art and creativity."
Nicole Young is an Okanagan artist and maker who creates process based abstract paintings and collages. She received her BFA in painting and art history from UBCO, and studied fine arts at UCLA. Nicole works primarily with acrylic paint and fabric, using her background in the fashion industry as an influence to help her develop unique colour schemes and material choices. Her current works are narrative in nature, focusing on the documentation of people and moments using non-traditional materials. Textiles add another dimension to the layers of a painting that cannot be achieved simply through mark making, colours, lines and layers. Nicole is currently in the midst of a project to create art every day for one year.
