Optimism is a NECESSITY for success. This does not mean that you are always happy (yes hard times come and its okay to feel down) but to continually stay positive important especially when life gets hard. PLUS, it just makes me feel 10x better.😱
I know it sounds inauthentic but smile MORE. Make it habit. 👊🏻Whether it is seeing someone you know, appreciating that it is sunny day, eating your favorite bowl of luck charms, or waking up and looking at you AMAZING self in the mirror, a smile (even if it feels weird at first) goes a long way.😊

Headstand press is the first step.
• Headstand position: make a triangle with your head and hands. • Lift your feet off the ground. Do not jump.
• Stay in a tuck position until your hips are over your shoulders, then straighten your legs. • Descend slowly back down just touching your toes before repeating. • Goal 10x in a row.
• Next Step: Add a pillow or two to elevate your head.
• Goal 10x in a row.
Tips: point your toes makes it easier, wearing shoes makes it harder, and straddle press is another option.
