Working on the press to handstand progressions. Right now this is the THING: learning to hold my legs at 90 degrees, and to get them back up.
No equipment, no problem! Even though there are some definite advantages of working out in a gym with equipment, there are many ways to get in great shape without one! This morning I did an at home workout from the Healthstyle Emporium and it kicked my butt 🍑did a HIIT style workout using this skipping rope and my body weight with little rest, and I swear I sweat more than I usually do at the gym!
