Work was hard today, guys, and it left me feeling drained and cranky. I made it home after what seemed like the longest drive ever and just laid on my bed for several minutes to pull myself together. But, before I started to make the excuse that I was too tired to workout, I got up, changed clothes, and made it happen. When I was finished, all the negative feelings were gone. We have the power to not only change our bodies, but the way we feel and think! How amazing is that?? 😄
