Worked up to 425lbs on deadlifts 💀 this morning for a couple singles ☀️ It's been a while since I've went up to that. I've tweaked my training as of late on the big 3 (squat, bench, deadlift) and am incorporating heavier loads to bring back some strength 💪🏼🆙
I find it really interesting to see how my body reacts when changing up sets/reps schemes, and right now I'm focusing more on going heavy on the big 3 🏋🏼 and lighter on all accessories movements with higher reps. 💪🏼 It's good to change up your training style every so often to help keep your body adapting 🤔and growing, while smashing through plateaus!
Do you prefer conventional or sumo style deadlifts? I 💚 conventional 💀💪🏼
