Just doing some late night thinking alongside some studying .... I have noticed I always turn to my phone when struggling , whether that means in a relationship, focusing, in school or otherwise. I've become addicted as most of us are today. It's nothing but a distraction , a mere dreamland where everyone's lives can seem so perfect. Our minds are constantly taking in dream bodies , dream travel destinations , people of wealth and countless other things that leave us feeling as if we are lacking something. As if we do not have enough. Well let me let you in on a little secret... anything you see through the eyes of the internet is only a glimpse of one point and time. It in NO way shows what a persons life is REALLY like. Instead of filling our heads with useless nonsense of other people's lives, take that time to improve your own! Whether that means doing something productive for work or school or something as simple as taking some time to yourself to relax. Step away from social media and see YOUR life through your eyes and set aside some time for yourself instead of the phone.
