It's amazing how viciously people can react when you make them question their beliefs 😲
Never at any point do we say flexible dieting means you ONLY eat processed "junk" foods, it's highly unlikely you would be able to hit your targets that way.
However, what we are saying is that if you want a donut, slice of cake, burger, etc. AND you fit that into your targets, you will lose body fat just as effectively as someone eating exclusively whole foods. (Fiber intake and all else held constant)
Watch people get mad in the comments. 😎 I truly pity those who eat "clean" foods all day and suffer thinking about their diets". These people have the mindset that eating anything they're craving such as ice cream, pizza, or popcorn, will automatically result in weight gain. They truly don't understand the concept of thermodynamics and energy in vs energy out. Eat all the "healthy" foods, do detox, wear waist wraps, and do as much cardio as you want but so long as you're eating more calories than you burn you will still gain weight.
