New Smoothie Recipe🍌🥕🍯This smoothie is refreshing, tropical & the most gorgeous orange color ever! I think it may be my new go-to! This morning I made it on my story and added charcoal. Was still as tasty! However, I was getting a bunch of DMs from people asking if they needed to put all the ingredients I used in the smoothie...the answer is NOOOOO! You don't have to, I have those extra ingredients on hand and do. BUT...You do YOU! Below is the basic recipe. If it says optional, it's completely optional! And also, smoothies are trial and error, it's not a science, like baking. So if you don't want Banana, for example, omit it and see if you like it! Anything goes!! 😜

Carrot Mango Banana Smoothie
• 1 frozen banana
• 1 cup frozen carrot juice ice cubes (I got the juice from TJ's)
• 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
• 2-3 tbsp @navitasorganics
• 1 tbsp bee pollen (can use honey or omit)
• 1 cup homemade nut milk (coconut water will work too)
• 1 scoop @sunwarriortribe
vanilla protein (optional)
• 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
• any other add ins such as @schizandu
or probiotic/fiber powder (always optional)
Blend all ingredients in your @vitamix
blender and add ice cubes if you want it colder or thicker! Top it with whatever you want or nothing at all. I topped mine with bee pollen, hemp seeds & fresh mango!
