YOUR SLEEPING POSITION COULD BE PROVOKING YOUR PAIN
Sleep 😴 is probably THE best recovery tool we have. Unfortunately, many of you aren't able to take advantage of it because your sleeping position isn't ideal.

. What're yours?) But we need to ask ourselves if that position is best for us, our injuries, and our 💢 pain patterns. After all, we're spending 5 to 8 hours a day in there. We don't want to end up in a position that's going to leave us waking up feeling 😧 worse than when we went to bed.
We also see our sleeping position play into posture. Ever wonder why only that one shoulder is constantly rolled forward no matter how much you stretch? I'd bet you are sleeping with it that way. Or why you wake up with neck pain? You may be cranking it into 🔄 rotation all night sleeping on your stomach.
